Venbrook Group, LLC., is a southern California-based property and casualty insurance organization with more than 20 years of experience in providing comprehensive insurance solutions. Its expertise lies in giving its customers custom-fit insurance coverage in a timely and cost-effective manner.
And Venbrook knows that in order to best serve its customers, it requires up-to-date information technology systems running at top speed. More importantly, it requires IT support people who are able to rapidly adapt to changing customer needs and government regulations, and who are responsive to Venbrook’s staff requests. Which is why Venbrook chose Agile IT for its move, for ongoing service and support, and for implementing a VoIP system for its dispersed team.
Outsourcing IT meant that Venbrook could have the expertise it required without having to bring on additional FTEs, and switching to the VoIP system meant that it could save a small fortune by eliminating all long distance costs between varied offices and respective team members.
The Challenge
Venbrook was relocating a team of more than 100 members to San Diego and needed help implementing information systems in this new office. Venbrook did not have the internal team to handle the move, or to assemble and manage the technology required by this new office and its team.
And while Venbrook was looking for an established IT services provider to help manage and resolve any and all technology issues, it did not want to be locked into any long-term contracts with any IT provider. I.e., Venbrook did not want to be locked into paying for services and support it may never use.
Additionally, Venbrook wanted to seize this opportunity to build an integrated telecommunications/computer platform to better meet their growing needs. It decided that now was the time for VoIP.
For both their VoIP and their IT needs, they turned to Agile IT for the “white glove” treatment.
The Solution
Agile IT met with the Venbrook team and performed an in-depth analysis of its existing business needs, but also outlined possible scenarios that could crop-up down the road as well.
Agile IT then assembled a team to not only execute the relocation of Venbrook's existing PCs and machines, but to install the new VoIP phone system—hardware, software, training, and all—and to remain only a phone call away once the new office was up and running.
Venbrook’s budget concerns were addressed easily through Agile IT’s “pay as you go” model, which allowed Venbrook to remain free of any long-term contractual binds, and to pay only for the service and support it required—nothing more.
The Result
The move was handled practically overnight—the business services team didn’t miss a beat.
Agile IT remains a partner to Venbrook, providing service and support through its “pay as you go” model. Agile IT ensured Venbrook’s computer systems and new VoIP system were launched with NO issues and that staff had the know-how they needed to take full advantage of the new technology.
"Agile IT was a superior partner for us," says Venbrook's CEO, Ed Nokes. "They provided a system that was both reliable and affordable, and they're here when we need them now. I am very happy with Agile IT."
