John’s clients call him “the guy we call for all things Microsoft,” and he founded Agile IT with a specific mission: to deliver IT solutions that solve real business problems.
John’s experiences as a Business Technology Consultant at Microsoft taught him that IT must serve the needs of the business, not the other way around. At Microsoft, he specialized in Windows desktop deployment, MS Exchange, Active Directories and Mergers and Acquisitions. His hands-on experiences include co-authoring the Microsoft Forefront Integration Kit for Network Access Protection and the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit as well as heading up enterprise-scale projects for companies such as UPS, Martha Stewart, and Price Waterhouse Cooper.
John’s insider status at Microsoft has helped make Agile IT one of the first service providers to deliver Office 365 solutions and migrations, and our ongoing to commitment to both Microsoft technologies and cloud innovations are helping keep Agile IT on top of both the solutions consulting and IT service spaces.
In his spare time…well…John doesn’t have much spare time. He devotes every waking moment either directly to my clients or to furthering my technological expertise.
Jim Belasco, Director of IT Support and Services
Jim’s job is to ensure that every client is unequivocally thrilled with the support and service they receive from Agile IT. His eye for detail is second to none, and his ability to bring in nearly all IT projects on-time and under-budget makes him a foundational part of the Agile IT team.
Outside the office, Jim is a leader at, and former chairperson of, The Network Professionals Association, the most esteemed professional association there is for network computing professionals.
Jim’s contributions to the field of network computing are vast and he has received a number of certifications and awards, including: Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) (2004–2005, 2007), Certified Network Professional (2006–2007), the Network Professional Association President, Director (2000–07), and Chairman (2002–10). He was also Guest Speaker (2002) and Master of Ceremonies (2003, 2004) at NPA Awards for Professionalism at Interop Las Vegas.
