Blocks of hours are discounted against our normal hourly rate of $235, and give you between 5 and 40 hours of support each month. Unused hours rollover from month to month and the fixed monthly rate allows you to budget easily for your support needs.

AgileSupport also keeps your line-of-business (LOB) applications up to date with any vendor-supplied updates and patches, helping to ensure that your users are always running the most up-to-date versions of your LOB applications.
