Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Conrad Agramont is responsible for defining and managing the strategic direction of Agile IT to help clients transform their business through cloud technologies. Former Director of Technology Services at Agile IT, Conrad brings a wealth of experience managing the engineering, operations and managed services teams as well as pre-sales and solution architecture for new projects.
With more than 10 years of experience in the cloud, hosting and SaaS for both Microsoft Corporation and service providers, Conrad has been involved at nearly every stage of product development and implementation. Through various roles architecting and managing technology projects, he strives to help companies discover true business value with the cloud.
Prior to joining the Agile IT team, Conrad worked as a Partner Technology Specialist at Microsoft Corporation, where he focused on technical readiness for Microsoft Infrastructure Partners and delivered solutions to small to mid-market companies. As a former Senior Architect for a Microsoft Gold Partner, Conrad gained extensive experience in product planning and development, software architect and technical evangelism for enterprises and service providers worldwide. Earlier in his career, Conrad also held the role of Program Manager at Microsoft, where he drove hosting scenarios and architected components for the Microsoft Provisioning System, Microsoft Solutions for Hosted Messaging and Collaboration and Windows-Based Hosting 3.0.
Conrad frequently speaks at public events and has been published in Ping! Zine as well as the book “How to Cheat at IIS 7 Server Administration.”
Founder & CFO
As the Founder and Chief Financial Officer, John also works alongside the technical team and customers to deliver industry-leading cloud solutions and define the technical future for Agile IT.
Under John’s leadership, the team at Agile IT has developed a unique culture and process that provides a successful business outcome to every customer. Agile IT has migrated over 100,000 users to Microsoft cloud solutions like Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure and Intune.
His expertise comes directly from the source as he is a former Business Technology Consultant for Microsoft; specializing in enterprise Windows desktop deployment, Collaboration, Security, and Mergers and Acquisitions. During his time at Microsoft, he was responsible for completing many enterprise-scale projects for companies such as UPS, Martha Stewart, KPMG, Arthur Anderson and Price Waterhouse Cooper that encompassed the total migration of over a half-million desktops.
He has carried this experience and expertise into the formation of Agile IT, where he has — through many hands-on projects — built a solid reputation by effectively applying people/process/technology solutions to meet business objectives. This work has included companies of all sizes including Fortune 100 companies throughout the U.S. He has assisted key business stakeholders in streamlining their IT operations through cost savings (cloud computing, automation, virtualization, operations, ITIL) and innovation (collaboration tools, business process engineering, and knowledge management.).
Overall, John and Agile IT’s expertise can be described simply as applying Microsoft solutions for tangible business benefits.
Senior Director of Strategy and Recurring Services
Maggie McGrath joined Agile IT in 2014 and has been an instrumental part of every section of the company from sales and marketing to engineering. Her tenure as Information Technology Service Desk Manager solidified both her knowledge of Agile IT’s customers and processes, where she became our resident subject matter expert on Microsoft Cloud Licensing, as well as security and compliance delivery. From there she grew to become modern infrastructure manager, responsible for the IaaS, Messaging, and Security engineering teams. As Director of Operations, Maggie brings a 365-degree view of every part of the business and assures that all departments work in tandem to deliver Agile IT’s vision for digital transformation. In her spare time, she reads voraciously and volunteers with Corazon Inc. to build homes in Mexico.
Director of Professional Services
Andy is often seen out of the corner of the eye seeking to prolong the evening with one more cocktail. His focus on building the maturity of the professional services practice is motivated by the reward of customer success leading to another plate of tapas. Engineering school and early career in Austin, TX bring an expertise in Texas barbecue, tacos, Shiner Bock, & margaritas. He is an enthusiastic skier, determined hiker, former amateur bike racer, and general enthusiast for non-conformity. If you are lucky enough to be our customer, he will treat his staff better than you, in the hope that they will treat you well. He was an Exchange MVP for 12 years, but is better known now (by his daughter) as the King of Metaphors.
Director of Sales and Marketing
Sean Spicer’s computer experience stretches back to the TI99/4A, and his first IT position was creating batch process automations on a DEC VAX for the LA Times in the early 90s. By the time he was 18, he had been published in numerous cybersecurity journals around security in the VMS operating system. After a term in the U.S. Army where he served as a satellite communications engineer for U.S. Embassies and the 101st Airborne Division, he turned his attention to human networks, studying philosophy of media at UC Berkeley after attaining his associates in Electrical Engineering.
Across Spicer’s twenty-year career in marketing, he has continuously reinvented his practices and himself in order to drive increased results. A lifelong learner with a strong passion for content marketing, He has pursued education across a number of subjects of study to support the numerous industries he has worked in, including becoming a University of California Master Gardener, a NABCEP certified Photovoltaic Designer, completing Computer Science coursework through Harvard, and completing Microsoft’s Cybersecurity and Compliance CIE certification.
Director of People and Culture
Cressan Trenhaile came to Agile IT to help grow our people and culture. She began her 20-year career with Angel Studios, now known as Rockstar Games, where she earned her chops in all things HR and culture. Eventually moving into Biotech and Government, she spent the last several years specializing in talent acquisition for various technology organizations. Her extensive background includes a mix of diverse experience ranging from talent acquisition, performance management, and training & development.
People recognize her skills in developing effective full-cycle recruitment strategies to improve and achieve corporate goals and sustain organizational direction. She has been instrumental in establishing, developing, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives throughout her career as a manager and as an individual contributor. At Agile IT, she helps shape and protect our culture and values while ensuring team growth and development. Her door is always open!
In her spare time, Cressan enjoys traveling with her family, spending time with her Great Dane, Bamboozle, and staying at her home in Idyllwild whenever she can. I mean, the town has a Golden Retriever as their mayor!
