His career path has been marked by a significant stint as the Former Director of Technology Services, where he managed engineering, operations, managed services, pre-sales, and solution architecture.
    • With over twenty years of experience in cloud, hosting, and Software as a Service (SaaS) at Microsoft Corporation and various service providers, Conrad has amassed a wealth of expertise in these areas. He is committed to helping companies discover the true business value of the cloud, illustrating his vision for leveraging technology to foster business growth.
    • Beyond his professional roles, Conrad is an influential figure in the industry, frequently speaking at public events and contributing to published works, including articles in Ping! Zine and co-authoring the book “How to Cheat at IIS 7 Server Administration,” demonstrating his thought leadership and deep expertise in the field.

John has been instrumental in migrating over 100,000 users to Microsoft cloud solutions, including Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and Intune, demonstrating his profound impact on digital transformation initiatives.
    • Before establishing Agile IT, John served as a Business Technology Consultant for Microsoft, where he honed his skills in enterprise Windows deployment, collaboration, security, and mergers & acquisitions. His career is highlighted by the completion of enterprise-scale projects for prestigious companies such as UPS, Martha Stewart, KPMG, Arthur Anderson, and Price Waterhouse Cooper, showcasing his ability to navigate complex IT landscapes.
    • John's expertise lies in the seamless integration of people, processes, and technology to achieve business objectives, a testament to his strategic vision for IT operations. His efforts have not only streamlined operations but also resulted in significant cost savings and innovation for organizations.     • Maggie has been with Agile IT for over 10 years, throughout which she has played an essential role in partnering with the executive team to set, develop, and execute on the organization's vision and strategy. She is integral in ensuring the quality of Agile IT’s services and finds immense satisfaction in helping her teams deliver exceptional work. Maggie believes that a business is only as good as its people, and she is honored to serve alongside such a wonderful team.
    • In addition to her role at Agile IT, she is a wife and a mother, and spends her weekends at the beach or on a hiking trail. Maggie aspires to humility and is regularly grateful for California oak trees.

    • Cressan Trenhaile has made a significant impact at Agile IT, dedicating her expertise to the growth of the company’s people and culture. Her journey in the professional world spans over 20 years, beginning at Angel Studios (now known as Rockstar Games), where she first delved into HR and culture. Her career path then led her to the Biotech and Government sectors, where she specialized in talent acquisition for technology organizations. Cressan's experience encompasses talent acquisition, performance management, and training & development, making her a versatile asset to any team.
    • She is recognized for her ability to develop effective full-cycle recruitment strategies that are perfectly aligned with corporate goals. Moreover, Cressan has been instrumental in establishing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that have significantly contributed to the organizational culture. At Agile IT, she is the guardian of the company’s culture and values, playing a crucial role in fostering team growth and development.
    • Cressan is known for her approachable and accessible demeanor, maintaining an open-door policy that encourages open communication and trust. Outside of her professional life, Cressan enjoys traveling with her family, spending quality time with her Great Dane named Bamboozle, and visiting her home in Idyllwild—a quaint town notable for its unique choice of a Golden Retriever as their mayor. Her well-rounded life and professional dedication highlight her as a key figure in nurturing and advancing the culture at Agile IT.
